Happy customer I was fortunate to have a traumatic experience turned around with the service of Ken Shaw representative. I was involved in a car accident that totalled my Corolla. I was very pleased with my Corolla but I told my representative what had happened and needed a replacement. I told him to look for some options for me. When I visited the dealership I was given 3 options one being the Scion IM. It was love at first site! I loved all the features the Scion IM had but I was spoiled with my Corolla's heated seats. I love how peppy my Scion IM is and also enjoying the stereo. Makes my drives so pleasant and happy with the service I received at Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota. More
