Best memorable experience in buying my new Toyota Corolla I went to Ken Shaw Toyota for the first time to look for a new car. My intention for the day was just to look around however, a few hours later I wal I went to Ken Shaw Toyota for the first time to look for a new car. My intention for the day was just to look around however, a few hours later I walked out with a Vehicle Purchase Agreement and yesterday I happily drove home my new 2018 Toyota Corolla. The deciding factor of my purchase that day was the way I was treated by the employees. Will Erichsen approached me and professionally answered all my questions along with all my son's questions; who I brought with me for moral support. Will provided expert advice on options, car information, incentives etc. He took us for a test drive and explained all the features of the 2018 Toyota Corolla. By the time we drove back I knew that the Ken Shaw dealership was where I would be buying my next Toyota. Will Erichsen, between the time of purchase and the time I picked up my car, kept me informed of progress and my car was ready on time as promised. Terrible service We have a Toyota Prius 2010 whose sunroof membrane has deteriorated (it's a known problem as it's shown on Prius chat website) and they're blaming us We have a Toyota Prius 2010 whose sunroof membrane has deteriorated (it's a known problem as it's shown on Prius chat website) and they're blaming us for using some chemical on it, to avoid repairing it under warranty.
