First time owner of new car We have over the last year had the opportunity to drive a friend's Perius while she was out of town. Just on a whim we stopped by the Toyota dealership lot just to see what was available. At the time we said we were just looking but weren't in the market to buy yet and the salesman respected that and was not pushy. This made for a comfortable atmosphere to come back to for if we had felt pushed that would have been the end of the search. We ended up coming back a few times, took one of the cars for a test ride with no expectations. The dealers allowed us to proceed at our comfort level which in the end resulted in us buying the first new car that we've ever owned. Get regular calls from him to make sure I'm satisfied or have any questions. Can"t say enough about the service at Kelowna Toyota. Also, the cost of extended warranty for 7 years was so inexpensive. Really recommend buying it. More
