The service department Staff were always friendly and professional, providing sound advice. This December we decided to upgrade to a 2017 RAV4, naturally, we went back to Kelowna Toyota. They gave us a far trade in value for two vehicles. Our Sales Rep John was knowledgeable, he was courteous, professional providing us with quality guidance throughout the buying process. John went the extra mile to answer our questions and to accommodate our requests. No pressure tactics. The support staff including Steve, Richard, Stephane friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Kelowna Toyota provided us with seven years of quality service, I am confident that this will continue for many more years. More

2nd times a charm! I had an unfortunate accident and I hit 2 deer on the highway. My Toyota Highlander was only 7 months old! She defiantly saved me from getting hurt I had an unfortunate accident and I hit 2 deer on the highway. My Toyota Highlander was only 7 months old! She defiantly saved me from getting hurt. There was massive damage to the front and side of my car. And I walked away without a scratch. I didn't even still my coffee! The deer and my car did not survive the incident. Joe and Indy were amazing yet again. They both turned a very scary and stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I did repurchase the same car.
