Friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure sales and service I bought a 2019 Toyota RAV4 AWD from Wendell at Kelowna Toyota. My parents bought their last two cars from Wendell and said he would take great c I bought a 2019 Toyota RAV4 AWD from Wendell at Kelowna Toyota. My parents bought their last two cars from Wendell and said he would take great care of me. They were right. Wendell and the entire sales team were excellent to deal with. Wendell was knowledgeable about the car and the differences between the model I was considering and some other options that I wasn't sure about. Originally I planned to get a FWD version, but they didn't have one on the lot. Wendell and his Sales Manager made it clear they were happy to order one in for me, but also offered a good deal if I wanted to take the AWD they had on the lot. Again, there was no pressure at all... after thinking about the two options over night, I returned the next morning and bought the AWD model. I signed the contract at 10:30 am and was driving off the lot with my new car the same day by 2:30 pm... this was after Wendell spent about 30 minutes reviewing the new tech package and incredible features my new RAV4 came with standard. Outstanding turn around on detailing and delivering the car really topped off what was already a great purchase experience. I would highly recommend Toyota as a brand, Toyota Kelowna as an outstanding dealership and Wendell as a top notch Product Advisor. Thank you Wendell and team! I am loving my new RAV4! More
