Loved the car I got, the prices and the condition of the car I purchased on September 2022. I bought a Toyota Corolla SE and fell in love of with the car! The service from front desk and everyone was great BUT my experience with Maja was terrible. At the beginning all good and professional but things quickly went downhill. I was supposed to pick up the car by the end of August or first week of September and finish paying for the car once the car arrived. The car arrived end of August and I was in the USA. I explained maja that by the first week of september I would pick the car and finish the payment. Maja totally changed since that day become rude and manipulate, she wanted to have that on hey next paycheck, which she mentioned. Well... one year later I call her to send me the features of the car as I am selling my car. She was so rude. Did not even said hi or how are you and didn't want to help me out at all. Hopefully, someone can check those phone calls. Terrible costumer service. Never buying a car in Toyota Kelowna. Ended up selling my car to a dealership in Vancouver so I do not have to deal with this lady. More
