I was so impressed to learn that the vehicle's quality and condition was exactly as advertised when I made the decision to travel to Kelowna to check it out. Kip was great, and the whole team at Kelowna Mercedes-Benz worked together to make the whole process easy and in many ways an exceptional experience.
