I originally submitted a request for a quote on a Sorento while I was in India for vacation. I was pleasantly surprised when Lyndon sent me an email the next day! I also mentioned I found a Mazda CX9 on Kia's site and he said he would have it ready for when I arrived back to Canada. A couple days after arriving to Canada I went down to meet Lyndon to test drive the vehicles. I explained to him that we are expectating another child and the features we needed to keep the kids from driving us crazy on road trips to Victoria. Lyndon went through every detail and even came down to our house to go through the safety features to my wife as well. One of the highlights is when we got pulled over by the RCMP! 🤣 After deciding on the Mazda CX9 I met up with JR from the finance team who was quick, efficient, and friendly. He was able to get the loan approved and me out the door with the car same day! Pros: 🌟 Top notch and friendly service from sales people 🌟 Amazing communication throughout all staff, I never had to explain the situation more than once 🌟 One stop shop, trade in, finance, and insurance! 🌟 Prize wall!! Cons: 🤔 I couldn't think of anything Overall I believe Lyndon provides the BEST service, the BEST pricing and selection for vehicles, and the FRIENDLIEST team around. I'd highly recommend stopping by Kia to purchase your next vehicle and make sure you ask for LYNDON! More

Absolute xxxx of a dealership forgot to put oil drain plug back in vehicle on a simple oil change and tried to take zero responsibility. I was extremely disappointed in this dealership. I purchased a factory order 2022 Seltos LX from them on April 1st, 2022. I negotiated a fair price for the car including my trade-in. They accepted the price but didn't seem happy about it. The sales manager wrote on the worksheet, "Okay, you win". Not very professional. Well, it seems that they never put in my order and as of May 1st, Kia Canada closed the order desk to catch up on existing orders. So, my order never was put through. They had all sorts of excuses but could not tell me when I would get my car. I checked each month, and most times, did not receive an answer back from them. When I did get to talk to my sales rep, Kyle, he kept saying he had no control and no clue as to when I might get my car. I patiently waited 5 months. My heart was set on a Seltos so going to another brand was not in the cards. We finally drove to Langley, BC, 4 hours away to purchase our Seltos. We ended up going a trim higher, the EX, and we love the car. Kelowna Kia was good at returning my non refundable deposit. But I would be wary of this dealership. If you think you are getting a good deal, they probably won't honor it and make excuses for months why you don't have your car. The reason I went with the factory order was that they had a $2000 markup for in stock cars. I was in no rush so I decided to wait for a factory order. I had no idea it would be longer than 5 months. I ended up paying substantially more for the car we got but am okay that it went to Applewood Langley Kia instead of Kelowna Kia. Applewood was much more professional and accommodating in selling us a Seltos than Kelowna Kia was. I would never recommend Kelowna Kia to anyone looking for a new car. They are not trustworthy. I called Kelowna Kia service dept to have my 4-pole tow harness converted to 7-pole on my 2020 Telluride. I was told they don't do that, and could not advise any 3rd party that could. I was then told that they (KelownaKia) strongly discourage this because, even though the specs say 5000 lb towing capacity, this vehicle is not made for towing. There must be thousands of owners throughout north america that inadvertently did this :) . Surely they would have had all kinds of law suits by now. Luckily Penticton Kia provide all the answers in about 15 seconds. More

Jordan was an excellent sales associate, he was polite, friendly and had a great sense of humor, He helped me upgrade my 2018 forte for a 2021 forte, he was super informative, I would highly recommend Jord friendly and had a great sense of humor, He helped me upgrade my 2018 forte for a 2021 forte, he was super informative, I would highly recommend Jordan if you go looking for a new car. I did however have some issue when it came to signing the paperwork as the person I was dealing with became very rude and unprofessional when I wanted to make sure all the numbers would work for me, She was very condescending and overly rude. But both Jordan and the insurance company were a pleasure to deal with, but maybe the financing department could work on their customer service skills. More
