The tailgate on our GMC Sierra 1500 came off its hinges and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. We showed up at Chevy looking for help and this employee was extr and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. We showed up at Chevy looking for help and this employee was extremely helpful and immediately willing to help. He rotated the hinge and fixed it for us. He was super nice and willing to help. When we offered to pay them something for the service, they told us not to worry about it and they were happy to help. It was a great experience from this employee specifically and left us with an overall positive impression of Chevy. More
I have been waiting for weeks for a call back from September to get my car dealt with. Have had multiple people call me for an oil change but I can't get my car in to deal with it pulling and solve th September to get my car dealt with. After having a bad experience with trading in my 2015 Equinox for a 2019 Equinox I swore I’d never go back. But I was having issues with my exhaust leaking under the hood and figured it would be covered Equinox for a 2019 Equinox I swore I’d never go back. But I was having issues with my exhaust leaking under the hood and figured it would be covered under warranty. They had my vehicle for a full day and offered a health check while it was in. They claimed to not be able to find the leak and told me it was road salt I could smell and not leaking exhaust. I am very knowledgeable in vehicle repairs and normally do all my own work, I am not an idiot and brought it in for the warranty of buying a vehicle from them. After getting it back home I had found the exhaust manifold was leaking, a new gasket and the smell went away, just road salt causing the issue eh?????. As for the vehicle health check it was like it was done for another vehicle and just slapped together to prove they actually did something while they had my car all day, what a crock. Lied about my brake pads needing replacement, tire pressure and did not top up washer fluid as they stated. Shady dealership. Wanted to charge me $170 to store my vehicle for a day. More

Two years ago we purchased a 2015 chevrolet cruze. We also purchased the extended warranty. We have spent the last two years trying to get the dealership/service department to fix a continuing problem We also purchased the extended warranty. We have spent the last two years trying to get the dealership/service department to fix a continuing problem. We have spent almost $3,000.00 for service and parts with NO corrective action. Now they want us to pay an additional $3,700.00 to attempt to fix the problem. All they are doing is easter egging the problem because they don't want to perform any warranty because the problem is most likely the transmission. Our recommendation is NEVER purchase a car from Kelowna Chevrolet and NEVER ever get your vehicle serviced there. More

Emilie was pleasant when I checked in how ever that is about all I can say that is positive about my interaction with her. I have always valued the text messages I receive letting me know the status of my about all I can say that is positive about my interaction with her. I have always valued the text messages I receive letting me know the status of my service, I also like that once the my service is complete I can ask to be picked up immediately after its finished so I can be picked up and pick up my truck in a reasonable amount of time. So to my surprise after being ignored for an hour on my request to be picked up by Emilie I subsequently had to call the dealership to inquire if my ride had been sent, they didn't know I needed one and politely apologized and sent it. 10 minutes after I received a text from Emilie that the text are automated and she was on break (I sent the text for pick-up 1 1/2 hrs earlier) and she apologized again. She waisted 2 hrs of my day that "I'm sorry" will not give me back. My suggestion to anyone reading this is even if it's an oil change plan for it to be 4 1/2hrs or more of your day! That seems to be the new trend in the service department. More
