Terrible communication; had to speak with at least 4 different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. The tailgate on our GMC Sierra 1500 came off its hinges and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. When we offered to pay them something for the service, they told us not to worry about it and they were happy to help. I have been waiting for weeks for a call back from September to get my car dealt with. Have had multiple people call me for an oil change but I can't get my car in to deal with it pulling and solve th September to get my car dealt with.
