It's Always Worth the Trip My husband and I inadvertently found Kelowna Chevrolet in 2014 while heading to The Greenery with a gift card I received for Christmas. We live in southeast British Columbia and planned to combine the garden shopping with a visit with our son and daughter-in-law who live in Kelowna. As we headed down the car lot's back road towards Dilworth as per instructions we spotted a one ton dually that looked interesting and we made a note to check it out after our Greenery trip. Pierre Roy was out in the lot when we got there and he listened to us as we explained out situation - we were there with our 1999 Cadillac but had a 2007 one ton Chev dually at home to trade. After a test drive of the pickup and some discussion in his office a deal was struck. We were extremely pleased with the amount they would give us for the trade-in and we set a date for bringing it down to Kelowna in a week's time. Pierre kept in touch with us during the following two years so when we decided to get that SUV I was hankering for we thought of him. Knowing we were going to be in Kelowna and vicinity for a granddaughter's soccer tournament we set aside some time for vehicle shopping. Pierre was such a great guy that we actually waited for him to get back from his holidays. Again, however, we were in Kelowna without our trade-in since our son had asked us to bring his boat back and we needed the pickup to trailer it. I looked at several vehicles and test drove a couple and it was decided that what I really wanted was a Chevrolet Tahoe but they didn't have one on the lot. After checking over their next shipment and seeing that one was coming in, Sierra Red with lots of bells and whistles, I made the deal. Kelowna Chevrolet would even take my old Cadillac as a trade-in which meant we could drive it down when our Tahoe came in. Lucky for me, and thanks to Pierre for seeing to it, my Tahoe arrived in time for the big September sale and I was pleased to see a reduction in the sale price. I love my new 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. When I get behind the wheel I feel as though I belong there. Because I tend to keep my cars for many years I want to be sure that I get what I'm looking for and I certainly did. More

He was professional, courteous and I felt he was in "my corner" through the process. He approached the issue very thoroughly and when it came down to the repair he ensured it was complete and done right. Subsequent interactions with Allan have always been positive and I have been completely satisfied with everything he has done.
