Mr. Brent Frith ranks tops in my experience with K.Ch. Sept. 19th/16 was one of the most exciting days for me. I met Brent Frith as a sales agent at Kelwona Cheverlot. Brent is a interesting young man but Sept. 19th/16 was one of the most exciting days for me. I met Brent Frith as a sales agent at Kelwona Cheverlot. Brent is a interesting young man but with great automobile knowledge which he immediately shared with my partner and I. He has good eye contact and he does not leave you alone in his office unnecessarily. Brent turned my experience from tears within my first few mintues because of old scares with previous car dealers to a complete joy of a truck purchase. We think Brent is honest sincere and hard working for his clients and with his co-workers as a team player. He has respect for all and although I am not a Kelowna resident after meeting Brent and finding my Avalanche favorite used truck and seeing how well Brent worked within his dealership I was sold on dealing there. The whole experience was better than I thought it could be and it still is. My partner has since gone for his GM service switching over to this dealership because of the way he and I were treated. I am 69 years old and I take my purchases seriously and with much thought and consideration. Brent did not push me but he supported me and I am pleased and grateful for this good young man seeing me through the process of a big purchase with joy and pleasure for me. We have dropped into Kelwona Chevrolet and emailed Brent Frith and his professional service continues. I booked the appointment way in advance and they told me they would give me a c Went in to have newer vehicle serviced, it was purchased at Chevrolet. I booked the appointment way in advance and they told me they would give me a courtesy car to use, the day before my appointment they call me and tell me there's no courtesy cars available and they would shuttle me to and from work. They shuttled me to work, then called and told me they found "NO ISSUES" with anything... after I had told them you have to drive near highway speed. The one issue they did find, I had been quoted on the same work elsewhere for half the price, so I told them can you please come pick me up and I will take my car elsewhere to be fixed. They repeatedly ignored my calls and never sent a shuttle driver to come get me. Essentially once I denied them fixing the car they refused to pick me up and left me stranded. I took a cab to get my car back, I looked at the invoice which stated they drove my car 1km!!!! 1km to determine there was "no issues"? When I clearly told them it was at highway speeds. Very frustrated. Terrible service. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone. More

Wonderful On Line Service Reply I was looking for a Subaru with a stick shift and a Google Search lead me to find one at this dealership. I E Mailed for information on a Sunday even I was looking for a Subaru with a stick shift and a Google Search lead me to find one at this dealership. I E Mailed for information on a Sunday evening and it was first off Monday that a reply came to me. We went up and test drove the car and put down a deposit. The service was second to none, as I had little success where we live with our local dealer for Subaru. We were treated with professionalism every step of the buying process. We had insurance ready and waiting for us when we came to pick the car up. We planned on having to take a taxi up to Kelowna and were so pleased that someone was sent down to Pentiction to drive us to the dealer. This was more than we had expected to receive in service. I do not drive and my husband is from England so getting used to driving on the other side of the road and having the stick on the wrong side is a wonderful adventure. More

This is the second vehicle that I have bought from salesman Bruce Striker, and his professionalism and efforts to find the right vehicle were very appreciated. Everyone i dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful, from when i first walked on the lot and met Jeff Gauley, who made me feel right at home and showed me where the coffee was, as i was early for my appointment with Bruce. Both sales person and manager were great to deal with, and we were easily able to agree at a reasonable price, with some added benefits thrown in!
