Settled on a all in price for the car, and my trade in (two weeks negotiating and they waste my time) Complete the financing, get the bill of sale and BAM all these extra fees. The add ons that they tried to put on PDI, Admin fees, Omvic, etc... all bogus , I really liked the environmental charge as well. I had the bill of sale, day off work booked it off to drive up and get the car then I argue these fees and the whole deal ripped out from underneath me! Completely dishonest and shady way of doing business. Do not buy from here. Do not pay any of extra fees or buy any of the bs they are selling. I have never experienced worst customer in any industry in my life!! Even took my complaints to the owner to sort out the pricing miscommunication and I was dealt with rude condensing attitude, no assistance what so over. More

I dealt with the owner who was able to give me what I was looking for with the BMW in terms of trade as well as some steep discounts on the new car. Everything was handled quickly and I was out of there with the new car the next day. Overall, a great experience. More

Great facility, drive up service, long hours, good Wi-Fi and small desks to work at, coffee, entertainment. Seems so promising .... The service department front-line staff are indifferent at best and hostile at worst. To paraphrase Bob Dylan "they don't need you and man they expect the same". Leave the Service Book on the seat or present it to the patronizing intake clerk - you have done it incorrectly, probably won't get stamped and why are you wasting our time? An Oil Change booked a week in advance takes 2 hours .... and forget about getting the complimentary car wash unless you really want to spend the whole day waiting at the dealer. More
