I booked a test drive on-line , and was met by our representative , Jesse Deslauriers. He didn't just toss me the keys with a......... "let me know what you think?" He took control of the test drive, anxious to show my wife and I, just what this machine was all about. After a very informative, hands-on discussion of all the various technology this car offered, including a walk-about of the entire vehicle in the showroom, it was time to actually drive it. I have bought a lot of cars in my life, and I never had the salesman drive , and I mean drive....... to show us the impressive handling capabilities of this little SUV. The test drive took a more mellow approach, as my wife and I took turns behind the wheel. As we returned to the dealership , I was a already waiting for "the pitch"..........it never came !!!! .......no pressure, no " what will it take to get you into this vehicle today " bull****. Just a handshake, have a nice day, thanks for coming. He added..... Go complete your due diligence, and try all the competition, and if you decide this is the better vehicle for your needs, I would appreciate your business. Needless to say, we left the dealership excited, not full of anxiety , a normal by-product of car shopping. By now you have guessed our final decision,.....We picked up our 2016 Mazda CX-3 GT with tech package and could not be happier...........with the car , KANATA MAZDA ,and of course ,Jesse Deslauriers.....A class act Rob and Kim Sent from my iPad More
Long frustrating journey of continuous disappointment. On a personal level, I really liked the people at Kanata Mazda, but I was very frustrated with the continuous disappointment in my car-buying experien On a personal level, I really liked the people at Kanata Mazda, but I was very frustrated with the continuous disappointment in my car-buying experience. My sales agent, Alex, made several promises he couldn't keep. The whole reason I went to this dealership in the first place was because when I phoned them, Alex said the exact car I was looking for was on his lot and he said he would beat the price I was offered from another dealership. When I got there, I found out that they would have to bring in my car from another dealership. When we started talking finances, I was told that my previous offer from the other dealership wasn't possible and the final number they could sell the car to me was more than the offer from the other dealership. I ended up signing the papers because I really needed a car, made it all the way out there, and just wanted the car buying experience to be over. I did feel like these people were more trustworthy and seemed more honest in the way they did business so even though I was paying a bit more, I was happy I would have a car again very soon. Before I signed the papers I was told that I would get the car in the colour I wanted and I would get it really quickly... Before leaving the dealership that day, I was told the colour I wanted wasn't actually available but my second choice was, so I was fine with that. Lots of frustrating back and forth then ensued in the next few days where I was told that the car they thought was available was no longer available so I could either have it in the one colour I DIDN'T want, or I could pay for an upgraded version of the car. I told them neither option would work for me, and then suddenly the car I wanted was available again? When I signed up for the extended warranty and oil-change package, it wasn't made clear to me that the oil changes needed to be done at their centre in Kanata, I thought it was part of the extended warranty and good at any Mazda dealership. When I picked up the car, my salesperson explained that the oil change package did have to be used at the Kanata Service Centre.... but then said it was no problem, they would just refund the amount for the oil change package when they refunded my deposit... I bought my car in early June and we're at the end of August. I've emailed my salesperson several times, and emailed the General Manager, and still have yet to receive my refund for the oil change package. I'm pretty disappointed because the staff there were friendly, and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy, but my whole experience buying a car with them was absolutely terrible. More

We narrowed our vehicle search to include the 2016 Mazda CX-5. My wife and I scheduled an appointment at Kanata Mazda with Sales Associate Jesse Deslauriers. Jesse was very courteous and respectful. His knowledge of the product was impressive and his explanation and demonstration was thorough. Jesse appreciated that we were conducting our due diligence with three competitor's vehicles. Jesse was not condescending towards the other vehicles, but instead he appeared to genuinely believe in the quality of the Mazda product. We too are impressed with the Mazda product, but, in the end one other vehicle slightly edged out the CX-5 by meeting our particular needs. Difficult choice. If a Mazda is on your list we highly recommend that you let Jesse help you with your research and test drive. We were impressed. More

The vehicle was great, and Jesse's service and knowledge was top notch. We negotiated for quite some time. I felt respected and that my needs were being heard, and he worked hard to get me into a Mazda 5 vehicle. I came out of Kanata Mazda with a "new" car, awesome extended warranty, and payments that fit my life. I highly recommend a car shopping experience with Jesse at Kanata Mazda. Heather More
Amazing Experience I have been to 3 dealerships last week and was ignored, and pressured in buying. I made my way around the palladium circle to Kanata Mazda. I was greeted right away and was introduce to Jessie. WOW great customer service!!! I told him what type of car i'm looking for and found that the Mazda 3 would fit my needs. He was very thorough and explained to me why the Mazda brand is one of the best on the market. We went for an amazing test drive and wow the braking on a Mazda is phenomenal. If your looking for a car that is Fun to Drive and has lots of power and safety, the Mazda 3 is for you. I was never pressured in buying and did not feel that I had to haggle back and forth. I got an amazing deal and most important was in my budget. Thanks More

When I went to Kanata Mazda with my girlfriend we were helped by Jesse and we both felt the service was great. Jesse was very informative without being too pushy. Overall great buying experience and I am very happy with my 2015 Mazda 3. More

The bake test was by far the selling point of the Mazda 3, so make sure you ask Jesse to do that when you test drive your new car! I have thoroughly enjoyed my purchasing experience, Jesse as well as Deborah in finance made this whole process a whole lot less overwhelming. More
Bought my Mazda in 30 minutes. Walked in and was greeted right away. Jesse was great answering all my questions and generally made the whole purchase process really simple. He answered all my questions and though I want sure if I would buy that day, but by the end of the 30 minutes all questions were answered and the car was picked out. The pickup appointment was quick and efficient and again Jesse took the time to familiarize me with some additional features and then followed up with me the next day. It was nice to not feel like the moment the papers were signed the customer support disappeared. Quite the opposite, I was left with the impression that this dealer would be with me even after the purchase which was a nice compared to other dealers. Walked in for Info and walked out sold on the Mazda 3 I walked into the Mazda dealer on Palladium with my dad just to get information, Jesse approached us with his smily, friendly and up bit personality.. He sat us down and gave us the overall information about the car, guaranties and ratings, showed my the car, listen, and answer questions and then took us for a test drive. This is a guy that knows his product, demonstrated full confidence in how the car handles and responds, it was a good experience and I was sold. Thank you Jesse for your friendly service, know that I am recommending you to any of my friends if the opportunity presents itself. And last but no least....I am enjoying driving my new Mazda3. I was skeptical of getting car from there as I had previously driven the mazda 3 (2013 model) as a rental car and really did not like the ride or the look in the interior. Jesse and I got down to talking, shortly thereafter we took the 2015 mazda for a spin. His no pressure, knowledgeable nature combined with an awesome ride and new look convinced me this was the car for me. It was all said an done within the hour and at no point did I feel pressured into anything. Would highly recommend both him as a salesperson and the car. More
