First new carbuyer has great experience I was pretty nervous about the first purchase of my first "new" car. I checked other Mazda dealers and quickly settled on Kanata Mazda. No pressure. She provided detailed and CLEAR explanations. I didn't feel as though I was being "had" or needed to hone my negotiating skills - it was straightforward without the skepticism that I could have done better. She expertly and carefully shepherded me through the process. To top my experience after the sales purchase, the dealership manager Michael Palmas generously extended a free loaner car until my car arrived because he didn't feel that I should be driving a potentially dangerous vehicle. My car was in pretty bad shape - even dangerous. How lovely was that! When I arrived to pick up my new car Mary carefully instructed me on all the points of the vehicle and patiently addressed all my questions. I have found my people. Thanks Mary! More

After receiving rebate offers in the mail towards a new Mazda, we decided to explore the new Mazda 3 with the Skyactive fuel efficiency technology. The sales support from Gianni Palmas and business support from David Newbold was friendly and informative, and helped to convince us to buy the new model. A little more than a month after our purchase we are thrilled with our decision to buy. We've taken a long road trip and were amazed at the fuel efficiency improvement between the models. I requested a quote form Kanata Mazda and the sales men neglected to get back to me so I dropped in the following evening. I asked the receptionist if I could look at a vehicle and she rudely told me to wait as everyone was busy. If I owned a business the first face people see would be a friendly one not like this spotty girl. Once Gianni finally came out he was apologising for not emailing me back because he was so busy. He seemed very reluctant to give me pricing information thus hindering my decision making process. I then was contacted by Mazda on bank street who were very professional and did everything they could to make a fair deal. When I informed Gianni that I had made a deal with another dealership he said it's all good I'm too busy anyway. This shows to me as a paying customer I don't matter. This dealership did nothing to make me feel good about making a purchase from them and I would recommend going to bank street where they will work with you. More
