Kanata Honda saved the day for SoloGirl - Ellen from Alberta I called the service department at Kanata Honda for help during my trip on Honda VTX 1300 to Newfoundland. Clutch cable broke in Arnprior with time ru I called the service department at Kanata Honda for help during my trip on Honda VTX 1300 to Newfoundland. Clutch cable broke in Arnprior with time running out to get back to Alberta. Andrew was able to get cable ordered and delivered the next day and fit me into their busy schedule. When I arrived with bike on tow truck they drove me to my hotel and back again the next day. The work was well done and they let me stay as long as needed to adjust my kit. They even shipped a box home for me. I was very happy and surprised that they were able to get me back on the road so quickly and their interest in my Canada ride. Chris in sales came out and asked me some questions. Made my day when he said my journey was inspirational for him and his plan to ride out West. When Sam first introduced himself, he asked what brought my husband and I in to the dealership that day. When my husband told him that I had recently been in an accident, Sam went out of his way to make me feel at ease, by directing all of his attention to me. I must say after purchasing a few cars, I am used to sales reps talking only to my husband and really not paying any attention to what my needs are with regards to a potential sale. Sam took the time to ask me what I was driving at the time of the accident, and then showed me options, both new and used, that might suit my needs. I will definitely be sending future business to Kanata Honda because someone named, Sam, took the time to show me some kindness and turn a bad situation into a great one. A little kindness and empathy goes a long way in my books. More
