Speedy Service I brought my 2016 Honda Pilot into Jonker Honda in Langley to have a recall item corrected. I arrived without setting up an appointment and luckily t I brought my 2016 Honda Pilot into Jonker Honda in Langley to have a recall item corrected. I arrived without setting up an appointment and luckily they took me right in. They said it would likely take a little over an hour, so I waited right there. As it turned out, they completed the job as well as giving my vehicle a car wash in under 1 hour. Job well done More

I feel like I was treated not fairly. I came to jonker honda service dept, to get my 2007 honda civic have safety inspection , I bought the car used from small car store I know it has an a I came to jonker honda service dept, to get my 2007 honda civic have safety inspection , I bought the car used from small car store I know it has an accident, rebuilt, so to make sure , I bring it here for inspection, it was almost late that time so the first advisor that I talk went home , pass the job to co worker , during the explanation Im not really satisfied about what I hear,explanation didnt talk about the engine and transmission condition, he just talked about what ever it says in the paper,He talked very fast not all customer are the same, not very happy with a very expensive service. Ordered a new car, and they sold it to someone else! I ordered my new Honda Pilot Touring back in early October 2015, put down my deposit got my arrival date as to when the car would arrive and then I fi I ordered my new Honda Pilot Touring back in early October 2015, put down my deposit got my arrival date as to when the car would arrive and then I find out that my car did arrive but Erik Jonker sold it to another customer for more money! They continue to lie about their actions and now we have a legal investigation pending. I have never had such a deceitful and unethical practise such as this in almost thirty years of buying new vehicles. Absolutely appalling. Their methods have been fraudulent and underhanded and I will ensure that I advise all my colleagues, friends and acquaintances of how they conduct their business. Honda Canada was no help throughout this process and will be part of my claim. The entire staff of this dealership knew about my new vehicle when it arrived at the dealership from the factory and that it was going to be sold to another party and none took action for fear of losing their jobs. Shocking to say the least. This is certainly not the end of what you will hear from me on this matter. You should be ashamed of yourself. More
