Didn't even know my veh has no air filter I will never come in on a weekend again Service guy was a new guy Don't know who the mechanic was but they said " our cabin filter will need looked I will never come in on a weekend again Service guy was a new guy Don't know who the mechanic was but they said " our cabin filter will need looked at in future " The 2000 Doesn't Have a filter!!! The rad cap on the radiator that was not installed right in the first place (and it tool Three times for you to get right), now has a leaky cap, and you initially wanted me to pay for it. We had to tell them to change the spark plugs and check hoses ( last time they didn't and a hose blew a week later) told them to take it for a drive before and after so they could feel what was wrong. So they would know if they fixed it. They didn't, so afterwards said " I don't see anything wrong " I don't have the service guys name handy, but your survey won't let me send without ticking a name. STUPID! More

Pleasant purchase and after sales experience Brought a new 2016 Honda Civic from this dealseship. From sales presentation to delivery was smooth. Fantastic Experience Although we had already done quite a bit of research on the car we wanted to buy,we were still extremely impressed by our salesperson Sarav's knowledg Although we had already done quite a bit of research on the car we wanted to buy,we were still extremely impressed by our salesperson Sarav's knowledge and salesmanship in showcasing the car we were eyeing. Instead of a test drive, it felt more like a demonstration - which we liked! His knowledge was impressive and helpful. He also had a personality that made him easy to connect with; without being overbearing or aggressive in the least. When the time came to talk numbers, we didn't feel like any games were being played. Sarav was straight forward and spoke in simple language - we were able to reach a deal easily. Through to the end of paperwork and driving away, Sarav was present and made sure our needs were well taken care of. In the end, our "demo" continued right before we drove off with Sarav in the backseat making sure we knew our the basic features of our new car and left as assured that if any questions arose, we could just call him. Overall, I would say the buying experience was straightforward and easy - I didn't feel pressured, overwhelmed, or rushed. Sarav and Jonker made it an easy decision. More
