Therefore when we received your third letter about trade ins we had some spare time so we came to Jonker Honda to see the new 2017 with no intentions of making a purchase as we were still enjoying our 2011 Ridgeline. We asked if Stephan was in that day and could we say hello. To our delight he was and he offered to have an appraisal on our truck. To our amazement the amount was $23,000.00. Much more that we expected so we decided to check into the Touring Ridgeline versus the Black Special Edition in your showroom. With negotiating we were please to get the Black Special Edition one. Then you get to meet the staff. I have never, ever had a bad experience with the staff and I have been coming here for over 5 years. In fact, they know me well enough now that I ask them advice about my husbands car and it's not a Honda. Catrina Dierks was a huge help for me in that regard as well as problems in the past. I guess I should mention that they take very good care of my car too. They let me know about any issues I may have to prevent them from happening. I trust them to give me good advice.
