Generally good but car pick up procedure could be approved. The service dept. was quick in getting my car looked after. However picking up the car could be approved on, as a customer ahead of me and myself were The service dept. was quick in getting my car looked after. When the service department wicket was free, no one called either one of us to proceed with our needs. Just an eye contact or a comment, "we'll be with you in a moment", would have been sufficient. Find a different dealership I have been going to Jonker Honda for the last few years due to their proximity to my home. Never been fully satisfied, always felt that they were over charging or finding items to do to charge. Never came out with just the service bill. In the latest service, told me to replace the steering pump (said it was leaking), took it to another dealership. There is nothing wrong with it. Also, they said that a bulb was replaced but I couldn’t find which one. Called back and had to call 4 times for them to call back. So overall a terrible dealership, my recommendation would be to find a different one More

Unpleasant Other than the sales department, financing and service department were very unpleasant experiences. It is approximately 28months into my finance and i’ve had to have several issues that needed to be repaired. The servicing is my main complaint. Complied with every maintenance/servicing required and battery died shortly after my last costly servicing. The customer is required to pay and cover the costs for Honda to “diagnose” the issue and cover for half of the costs to replace the battery that was deemed “faulty”. I wouldn’t have chosen to get my vehicle at Jonker Honda if i had known that their means to assist me with my concern was to recite or forward me the owner’s manual and just tell me “it is what it is”. So in my honest opinion, I really would not recommend a Honda vehicle or Jonker Honda. More

Made things right Took our Honda in for its regular service. The service advisors were nice to deal with and knew their stuff. Unfortunately when I picked up my truck what was checked off on the safety inspection was not accurate. For the second service in a row the lights had been checked off as being okay but the headlight was burned out. Last service this happened with the tail light. Not a big deal but if it’s checked off on the safety inspection you expect it all to be okay. I went back they fixed the problem right away and gave me a free oil change coupon for the inconvenience.
