Service visit at Jonker Honda I was in for an A service. The vehicle was due for a B service which includes a brake service. I already did the brake service myself, so it was not I was in for an A service. The vehicle was due for a B service which includes a brake service. I already did the brake service myself, so it was not needed. I was happy with the service. I did wait and it was done on time. I felt the tech did a fair evaluation of my vehicle condition. The inspection report was accurate regarding brake condition, fluids, etc. I did not feel they were trying to upsell me on any services I didn't need on this visit and advised that the transmission fluid may be due for a change in the future which I was also planning on doing anyways on the next 48K interval. Jill was courteous and prompt. I have a tech number on the invoice, but can't ID his name off the choices below for this report. That might be helpful when doing reviews... would be to associate the tech # with the names listed below. More
