Very good When I inquired about the first time service I was told I only needed the oil change and filter, tire rotation was not required. I get to the shop and then told that the tire rotation should be done and they wondered why I was told different. You need to be clear when giving maintenance requirements since I pay the extra costs when I get to your dealership and find the price goes up! More

Car was in for a quick oil change and an express detailing - love the express detailing service - took the free shuttle home as I live close by. Car was ready way before expected wait. I like how when they call you and tell you your car is ready, if you need the shuttle - they liaise with shuttle direct - and advise you the time before the shuttle will arrive to your home. Oil Change I had an A19 message come up on my dash, The Service is an oil change and tire rotation, visual inspection of the brakes. The total is over $250, the I had an A19 message come up on my dash, The Service is an oil change and tire rotation, visual inspection of the brakes. The total is over $250, the oil change is $80 with taxes in. I understand the warrenty issue of using Honda parts, but come on an extra $200 to look at my brakes and rotate my tires, too expensive. If the car is up and getting the oil changed the tires could be rotated and the brakes looked at the same time , 1 hour total for everything. More

I booked the appt for 10:15am on Wednesday and was told it would be 2 hours (on the phone). When I got there, I was told it would be 3 hours. My husband then got 2 calls (not me) looking for me? When I called Honda at at 1pm, I was transferred 4 times and told that my service agent was on lunch and to call back in 30 mins. I then got another call (to me this time) and told my car was still not ready. I let the service center know I needed my vehicle at 2pm sharp (4 hours after my appt) so I could pick my daughter up from school. It was the fully ready! More
