My Efficient Experience at Jonker Honda in Langley, BC. I am relieved to have found my white 2012 Honda Civic which was purchased on March 21, 2015. This is exactly the same type of car that I had wanted originally and found it with no difficulty at all. They have a vast variety of cars in excellent condition available here. When describing my experience at Jonker Honda in Langley, initially the customer service was a bit average since the first sales representative became flustered and kept trying to "pawn"us off to other sales representatives. At the same time, he provided us with the wrong profile on the car and made the same statement twice saying " I'm sorry I'm with other customers". Fortunately, we ended up with an extremely genuine and knowledgeable sales representative who gave us the right information on our car of choice and appreciated our business. This made my experience positive since this representative was personable, answered all our questions, had a great amount of patience, and knew his stuff! Taking that essential step in being "personable" is what made me buy the car. I also appreciated the accessibility of the finance office and insurance that was easy to set up. Extremely friendly staff in those departments that actually made me feel special for buying a car at Jonker Honda. I would definitely buy another car here as well as recommend it to other people looking to buy a car. More

Flawless Service Every Time I've been a long time (more than 10 year!) customer of Jonker Honda, and I'm so glad I can share my opinion of their good work. I have bought two cars myself, one for my wife, and referred everyone I know who is tired of dealing with average dealerships. Everyone at Jonker Honda works together, and I've gotten to know everyone over the years from sales to service, and even the auto spa (when I spilled my coffee all over the seat). The nice thing is not just that they know me, but that I know them because a lot of the staff has been there as long as I've been a customer (proof they do it right on both sides of the business!). 2015 Honda Accord Sports I wanted to buy a mid size car. I had three cars in mind Honda Accord Sports, Nissan Altima SL and Toyota Camry XSE. I read about all these cars and v I wanted to buy a mid size car. I had three cars in mind Honda Accord Sports, Nissan Altima SL and Toyota Camry XSE. I read about all these cars and visited all dealers. I found Eric Solis the most knowledgeable and had all vehicle info correct. ( I already did my research before coming down). He took time to show us the features of the vehicle and allowed us time to make decision to test drive the car. There was no high pressure sales tactic to sell us the car on the spot. As we liked the the Accord better than the other two cars, we made appointment with Eric for a test drive a week later. We were allowed an hour to take the car on our own for the test drive with the family. We returned after and hour. We very quickly reached a deal and received our new car after a week and half as promised. I will recommend anyone who wants to buy a Honda to talk to Eric first. We are now a proud owner of a Honda Accord Sports. More
