Battery Issue I had a lingering battery issue where my car died and wasn't performing well on the battery test during a standard service afterward. I was frustrated I had a lingering battery issue where my car died and wasn't performing well on the battery test during a standard service afterward. I was frustrated because the vehicle was only a few years old. Unfortunately it was technically still working so warranty couldn't aid until it failed again, which it was predicted to do. Catrina at Jonker addressed my concerns, ran some deep tests and advised she would be there for me. My family only has one vehicle and it happened to die again on the first cold morning this fall. I wasn't able to go into work but when I talked to Catrina she far exceeded my expectations. Rather than me calling for a tow to the shop and losing half my day she had a battery delivered to my house. She definitely took care of us. Best customer experience I have ever had. More

Everything turned out just fine in the end. Brought my car in for air bag recall. After visit Air bag light was on. Service staff could see no connection between work done and light being on aft Brought my car in for air bag recall. After visit Air bag light was on. Service staff could see no connection between work done and light being on after air-bag recall performed. The service manager kindly removed the diagnostic fee and suggested I phone Honda Canada. Honda Canada agreed to pay labor and I paid for the seat position sensor; so everything turned out OK I guess. More

Good Service but LONG wait! I have no complaints about the actual service - I was warned when I dropped off my van that I might need my tires rotated and I was surprised when the I have no complaints about the actual service - I was warned when I dropped off my van that I might need my tires rotated and I was surprised when the decision was made that it was unnecessary...I was pleased not to have to spend addition money. My timing quote however was WAY off. When I was called to book the service I was told it would be one hour. When I dropped my van off I was told it would be TWO hours so I had my husband come and pick me up. Upon going at the two hour mark I was told it still was not ready and waiting an additional 45 mins. Almost three hours for a "one hour" service is a very long time on a Saturday which forced me to have to make last min arrangements for my kids etc. More
