I was on my way to an important meeting and of course running behind. I stopped and opened my hood to put in windshield washer fluid which is an absolute necessity in this area. After filling the fluid I went to close the hood and it would not close, I tried it several times and to no avail. Inside the car is the big warning in front of me "HOOD OPEN" and I still had a 2 hour trip home after my meeting. I quickly googled Chevrolet in Orillia. Jim Wilson's showed up - I put the address into my GPS and headed in their direction knowing I only had about 5 minutes before they close. I pulled up and went inside thinking no one would help me at this time, usually everyone is eager to get home after a long day of work. James Wilson came over asked my name, introduced himself and shook my hand. To me that is a true sign of #1 A Salesperson, #2 Customer Service and #3 most importantly - someone with Integrity! I was very impressed that he took the time along with Steve to figure out what the issue was with my hood not closing and fixing it for me. Many dealerships would have just sent me on my way because the service department was already closed - but not these gentleman. Hats off to them and a huge shout out for going over and above the norm. Thank you for the great customer service, it was much appreciated! More
