His welcoming demeanour and friendly mannerisms create an inviting environment that helps the customer to truly look at vehicles without the added pressure of a hounding salesman. Mike provides the customer with the specifications of each vehicle they may be interested in, offers personal insights that enlighten the customer to make the right vehicle choice that fits both their lifestyle and their financial means. He has an excellent working knowledge of each vehicle on the lot and gives fabulous personal service. In the past four years Michael has delivered A1 service to not only myself, spouse, and my children but offered that same professional treatment to my brother, brother in-law and nephew.
