Lived up to their bad reputation After doing much research I decided to buy my new Traverse at New Roads in Newmarket, I had gone to Jim Wilson for a test drive first and told the sal After doing much research I decided to buy my new Traverse at New Roads in Newmarket, I had gone to Jim Wilson for a test drive first and told the salesperson what I wanted and he tried to push me into another vehicle. I got a great deal at New Roads. Yesterday after going to New Roads for a regular service I had my tires rotated. I knew that I had to have them retorqued but I was close to home so I called New Roads and they suggested stopping by a dealership close to where I was. They told me that they often do this for customers, they are all about service. I stopped by Jim Wilson about 15 min. prior to close. I drove into the service area and there was no one to be found. A girl from parts had looked around the corner but never came out so I went in. I asked about someone retorquing my tires and was told I would be charged for it. So I told her this is one of the reasons why I did not buy my vehicle here and I left. Buying a vehicle is more than the purchase, the service is also a big part and the word was they did not have a great reputation. Well they lived up to that. My next new car for my daughter will be from New Roads. I would rather tale a drive down the road and be treated with respect then spend my money at Jim Wilson. More
