I had a clear understanding of my budget (again do your research), and Bernie and I was able to come to a resonable amount for the 2013 Escape. The financial transaction was smooth (again because I knew what I wanted, the financial agent, Kerry, didn't try too hard to sell me anything extra). Overall, they were professional, to the point and no time was wasted. Their reviews, which I evaluated before short listing them, is well earned. More
