Once He educated me in the pros and cons of certain packages,and what my bottom line would be, it was easy to make my decision on which vehicle to purchase. At first,I was very nervous going into this purchase, but after spending a few minutes with Pierre, he made that feeling go away. It was great that he contacted me a few days later to see if everything was ok and if he can help out if I had any questions. Brendan was very knowledgeable about the truck and did not pressure us with the purchase at any time. He said, ‘…. there are some good deals too!’ We ended up chatting about the new Malibu – beautiful car - and to make this 'story of the adventure' brief – he was right – there were good deals too! I hadn’t gone in with the thought of a new vehicle at that moment but ended up trading my car to a new model and walked out with a great deal. A win-win for sure.
