He was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. When we tried out the Buick Encore, he was very informative and went over everything from front to back. I told him I was comparing the Encore to the VW Tiguan. Brendan worked out the numbers and I went home to decide. The Encore came out the winner after a week of pondering.
