Purchased 2019 tiguan from an awesome sales person Sandeep, who was very informative about the paper specs of the vehicle and was very pleasant to work with. After 60 days my passenger back tire went flat 6 times, and presented no leak, so the tire was put back on each time, 4000km before first oil change I noticed horrid gas mileage and the engine grumbling, when I took it in, I was told there was a transmission leak. Shortly after my tire went flat again, red lines began in my infotainment center at random and I recorded each time. I reported this to yogesh and Ariel, and I stated the car should have not been "jp certified" and was told I should have "known on gut feeling within 30 days the ar was broken" The car will not start randomly and 6000km away from the second oil change the oil ran dry. I reported this to yogesh who told me to check the oil every 2000km and add if needed. After 18 times of reporting the same flat tire, all tires were finally changed. Now at 4000km before the second oil change I'm getting 374km/tank. Eating more gas and oil than my partners 5.7L 2018 ram. I would like my mechanical warranty $ back, since this has not been fixed, and there seems to be no resolve the entire time I've owned the car. I've spoken to Barry a few times and nothing has quite been solved. I would greatly like to resolve this issue as my first vehicle purchase the year prior was a 2018 sonata that ended up literally smoking from the engine 10 months after purchase., and was guaranteed reliability with the tiguan and trusted the "certified pre owned standard ESPECIALLY from the JP auto group. More
