With so many choices out there, I must admit I was a bit ambivalent about returning to Toyota for my 3rd new car (our most recent was a RAV4); however, after this experience...my decision has been cemented with the brand and especially this dealership! Most dealerships have some pieces of the puzzle (professionalism, strong knowledge of the product, courteousness, great follow up, great insurance broker, flexibility, speed and efficiency, etc...); this dealership is the full picture. Great Staff/Servicw I read recently bought a new RAV4 at Jim Pattison Downtown Toyota. I bought the car directly through Sales Management but his sales support and front I read recently bought a new RAV4 at Jim Pattison Downtown Toyota. I bought the car directly through Sales Management but his sales support and front office staff were exceptional. Anna in financing was quick and efficient and Simon (sales assistant) helped me select my options and made pick-up of the car very pleasant. He set up my radio for desired stations, Bluetooth for my phone and showed me how all the new, fancy features worked. I had some bad luck the first week with my car as a tire was slashed. Anna in accounting made it painless as she arranged everything with the insurance company(s) to look after replacing the tire at no extra cost to me. Even though they did not have a matching new spare tire in stock, they took one from a pre-owned car that was on the lot and mounted it immediately so that I would not be inconvenienced while waiting for a new replacement tire to arrive. A month later, more bad luck struck and I had my windshield cracked by a flying rock. Again, service staff and the accounting people went out of their way to arrange all insurance coverage to have the window replaced. I was shuttled home and back while they worked on my windshield. Third time lucky, I was rear ended by a novice driver, who damaged my rear bumper. Again, all arrangements were made and the repair was painless (and cost free!). Needless to say, I am very pleased not only with the Rav4, but with the dealership, who will undoubtedly take care of me and my car for the next foreseeable future. More

Our sale rep Eddie Tsung, maintained a calming, professional and patient influence through our whole transaction. I'm very happy with Eddie's ability to inform us about our vehicle which had just came into the dealership. It wasn't cleaned yet but he showed us anyway and we knew we found "the one" when we saw it. I really enjoyed this location on W Broadway, as it's airy and bright and is covered from the summer heat. I highly recommend my experience at Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown! More
