Our sales representative Mike was extremely nice and helpful. Mike kept us up to date as to the status of car arrival, for the vehicle had to be brought in from elsewhere. Unfortunately, when the car arrived, there was a small dent on the car. No Problem. Mike and the manager apologizied for the misfortune, and repaired th dent in the next few days. The car looked great. Then the manager treated us to a meal for the family for this inconvenience. And Mike even help us to put the car carpets in, which was somewhat difficult. Thank you! He went through every single aspect of the car and once I bought it, he helped me set it up (eg. connecting my phone to the bluetooth, radio stations, etc. - I'm extremely non-tech savvy). Doug and Anna in Finance were also very pleasant and friendly to deal with and they too provided me with everything I needed to know to make informed decisions about warranty - with non pressure. The insurance people were also very friendly and knowledgable and told me how to save a bunch of money on a different car I own. I highly recommend using this dealership.
