They were both extremely professional and great to deal with. After short negotiations they gave me an excellent deal on the minivan with my trade-in - I really appreciated their straight to the point negotiations. Finance office was fast and efficient too. The delivery process was made super easy. The dealership even had a playroom with lots of toys, which I've never seen before. It kept my 2-year-old entertained for the couple hours we were there. The entire time I felt at ease and free from high-pressure sales tactics. From beginning to end we loved our experience with JP Toyota Downtown. Highly highly recommended. More

Manish never pressured me on the sale and bent over backwards giving me time prior to the sale and after the sale to answer questions about the vehicle features. I was given a test drive and was given all the time I wanted in asking questions. I received a very fair trade in value for my former car.
