Great Experience I'm not one to right reviews but thought it would be appropriate in this case. We were looking for a new Outback or CRV. Made an appointment with Phil Hines at the dealership. Went through all the features of the Outback. Phil focused on relaying the Subaru features versus slamming the competition. Very professional of Phil to do that. No pressure sales and they were open to negotiating on the MRSP. We added some extras to the car which took a while to get and install. On the day we picked up the vehicle, We had a small glitch but Phil was all over the problem instantly. Instead of us waiting around he leant us a vehicle to run some errands while they tended to the glitch. It was a short, demeaning, hostile experience for me and I will not set foot back on this lot. I guess he simply wasn't interested in selling me a car. The salesman was way too short and curt for my liking. I guess 10 to 15 thousand just wasn't enough incentive to bring out the smile in him. No way will I part with my hard earned money to a "salesman like that". Too bad you failed your test. I'll take my money elsewhere. More
