I have owned vehicles for over 50 years and purchased a new 2024 Crosstrek two years ago. It performed so well that I purchased a 2025 Forester a few months ago. Both vehicles have lived up to Subaru’s rep new 2024 Crosstrek two years ago. It performed so well that I purchased a 2025 Forester a few months ago. Both vehicles have lived up to Subaru’s reputation for solid, reliable performance. I learned long ago that quality is worth the cost, and if you do your research, you’ll find Subaru delivers quality. After seeing my Subaru's, my daughter is now the owner of a 2026 Crosstrek, so we’ve become a Subaru family. I especially appreciate their winter performance and am impressed with the fuel economy for an all-wheel-drive vehicle. I worked with Kade on two of my purchases, and he really knew his stuff. He provided honest, straightforward information that made the process easy. My experiences with oil changes and service have also been very positive. The staff has been friendly and attentive, and the way I’ve been treated is a big improvement over other dealerships I’ve visited in the past. When it’s time to upgrade, I’ll definitely be purchasing another Subaru. More

We had Kade Loewes as our car salesperson, he was amazing very knowledgeable, he knows everything about the Subarus, He allowed my husband and myself to try 3 different Subaru's. He offered us the lounge to very knowledgeable, he knows everything about the Subarus, He allowed my husband and myself to try 3 different Subaru's. The sales staff is friendly—no surprise there, since that’s they have to sell. However, my experience with the service team and sales management was disappointing. While they come across as friendly and that’s they have to sell. However, my experience with the service team and sales management was disappointing. While they come across as friendly and appear to listen, in reality they don't take the customer’s needs into serious consideration. They tend to agree with you during conversations, but ultimately proceed with whatever they had planned all along, and in the way they want to do it. Professionalism and genuine customer care were lacking in these departments. More
Bought a new Forester in the fall of 2022. Very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle with less than 17000kms. Block heater was not functioning, sway bar bushings have failed, subaru st Very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle with less than 17000kms. Block heater was not functioning, sway bar bushings have failed, subaru starlink unit had to be replaced (requiring several visits) and now the tailgate is rusting. Both the dealership and subaru canada have refused to deal with this issue. I have always owned Toyotas and Hondas and have never had this many issues, or rust of any kind. Very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle and the dealership/warranty even though they claim its a fantastic and comprehensive warranty. More
I did not require service on my car, only help understanding the ABS. Laura Cullen was wonderful giving me a complete explanation and making sure it all made sense to me. Previously, she and another of your employees, Cade, helped me change Spanish to English on the display and figure out how to change the clock. They' along with another fellow(sorry forgot name) were kind, helpful and I was impressed. I normally avoid using dealers for service, but after this experience I may have to re think that ! More
