Attempted Rip Off Seeing 100% reviews for this dealership motivated me to write this. Almost five years ago, I was in the market for a new Santa Fe. Living a few blocks from North Shore Hyundai, I went here first. To make a long story short, they tried to sell me accessories for more than was written in the Hyundai Canada book (bug deflector, trailer hitch and bike rack), tried to sell me wheels for WAY more than the correct price (the wheels I wanted were worth LESS than the stock ones and they wanted me to pay $1600 plus give them my new wheels), tried to convince me VIN etching was mandatory and wanted me to pay some ridiculous administration fee. Do not shop here. More

Best Customer Service I've had in a long time. I stopped in to look at a new vehicle and ended up driving a 2015 Santa Fe off the lot. And I had Jordan as a salesman, if you want excellent customer service ask for him. He is knowledgeable, straight forward, honest and knows his product. He will make sure you know everything there is to know about the vehicle you choose. The whole staff I dealt with was great and most helpful. I would recommend this dealer and Jordan to all my friends and acquaintances. Had a horrible experience with trying to purchase an used vehicle from Jim Pattison Toyoto Surrey, and was skeptical when I saw the listing for a brand new 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe (last year's model) sitt vehicle from Jim Pattison Toyoto Surrey, and was skeptical when I saw the listing for a brand new 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe (last year's model) sitting in the lot at Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore. However, from the first point of contact via email and walking into the dealership, Sean Rahili was the utmost professional and was extremely helpful in testing the vehicle and providing information on the vehicle (which came as advertised!). He was very upfront on the vehicle pricing, and was easy to work with in negotiating a fair price for the vehicle. We closed out the deal in a relatively short time period, and I walked away both happy with the vehicle purchase and the purchasing experience. He also followed up after the purchase, and I have to say that that is a great example of customer service that I did not expect walking into this dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to JP Northshore - and find Sean if you can - for all Hyundai vehicles in the Lower Mainland. More
