While he spoke with both my husband and I, he didn't treat me like the "little lady" is looking for a car which is always appreciated. He was polite, friendly and courteous. After a quick test drive, I was sold and we worked with Paul Loo to track down the Dodge Durango that met the needs discussed with Vinny. The final paperwork was completed with Susie who was just as great. Although a GMC/Chev girl, I'm giving Dodge another go after a brief stint with a Dodge Journey a few years back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vinny. If I was to find any fault it would be the fact that when I advised I wasn't interested in the loan insurance on 3 occasions, it was still revisited. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for the installation of the Nav system. I'm not sure of the name of the gentleman in the service department I dealt with, older fellow and he was terrific!!!!
