My wife and I purchased a used CR-V. The salesman was very informed on the features of the vehicle and was able to answer all our questions on the test drive. The few that he could not answer on the spot very informed on the features of the vehicle and was able to answer all our questions on the test drive. The few that he could not answer on the spot were answered quickly upon the return to the dealership. The transaction was quick and simple with no surprises on the final total. Our salesman, Woodley Belony, made sure all our needs were met including trasportion for the few days the vehicle was being prepared. He was informed and friendly. There are several manufacturers offering excellent vehicles but at the end made us chose the new 2013 Ford Escape SEL for the new style, comfort ride it provides and the many options and features it is equipped with. It was our first time visiting Jim Keay Ford Lincoln. We were greeted by Mr. Woodley Belony who right away made us feel at home. Woodley explained to us all the options and features of the Escape and did not hesitate to answer all our questions. We went for a test drive and he showed us all the great safety features that the Escape comes equipped with as standard but also emphasized on the options available. We went back on a Saturday morning where we had the chance to test drive the Escape again, on our own. We drove the vehicle for about an hour and this made all the difference with our decisions. We had visited several showrooms prior to visiting Jim Keay Ford Lincoln and it was with great pleasure that we were able to test drive a vehicle on our own. We never, ever felt any pressure during the purchase and in fact, felt that he worked with us and for us throughout the process. I had to contact Woodley following the purchase, either via email or telephone and he always responded promptly and very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Woodley Belony from Jim Keay Ford Lincoln to my family, friends or peers when they decide to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thank you very much Woodley. More
Fanstatic sales service which helped accommodate our budget to get into our dream truck. I’ve bought two new vehicles from Jim Keay recently and Sean was an integral part of those purchases. Sean has put my needs first in the past and that has gotten him my loyalty. Just recently we were at Jim Keay taking delivery of a new F150. My wife has a very fast metabolism and gets sick when hungry …. Sean immediately without asking or question started feeding her from his personal lunch bag. The deal but Sean was still there. Sean is a class act and an excellent salesman. I also wanted to thank John Carey (General Parts and Service Manager) and Tina Lavoie (Service Advisor) for the excellent service I received on my Mustang recently. John reached out for me for service before I had made an appointment and was there to greet me the day of my appointment. He addressed me by name before I even knew who he was. It was a nice touch and he handled everything in a very timely and professional manner. Tina whom was also very professional followed up with me a few times during the day. She was kicking over stones trying to find out what was under them. My Mustang is under warranty … I really appreciated the enthusiasm in getting the job done right. On both the Sales and Service side Jim Keay’s staff took care of me. I have not gotten this level of customer care at any other dealership. Even after the deal is done Jim Keay understands it’s about people and customer loyalty matters. More

Stacey Knowles was an extremely knowlegable, helpful and considerate sales person not to mention the consumate professional. Stacey located 3 possible vehicles and once narrowed down had to have it shipped to Orleans. Upon delivery of our vehicle, he was very helpful in running down all the features of our new Focus hatchback. However, Woodley's friendly and knowledgeable approach and the comfortable ride of the Edge changed our mind! We offered our vehicle as a trade-in and Woodley went out of his way to secure us the best deal possible with documents to support his offer. Woodley's respectful and honest approach eased the process of this deal. We really felt he was working to make this experience as smooth and pleasant as possible for us. We never felt pressured and once we made up our mind, he was able to deliver the new vehicle two days later, as promised. When we picked up the new car, Woodley spent over an hour with us explaining all the ins and outs of our new purchase and he even was so thoughtful as to offer to sync my cell phone with the car's Bluetooth. His attention to details is impressive. Our experience at Jim Keay Ford has been overall very positive. From Woodley who first welcomed us, to the manager who took in our trade-in, Geatan the Financial Service Manager who patiently explained to us the advantages of the Cash'n Go program and the cashier; all were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
