Transparent, Quality Service For years I drove Jeep and Dodge, but lately Dodge dealerships had been leaving me frustrated with how their sales reps came up with numbers…it was sh For years I drove Jeep and Dodge, but lately Dodge dealerships had been leaving me frustrated with how their sales reps came up with numbers…it was shady and frustrating because I couldn’t get a straight answer on my trade-ins or the actual cost of the car. I decided, after many visits to many dealerships, to try Ford —specifically the newly designed Mustang. I visited several Ford dealerships and was, in general, impressed by how all the math regarding financing was transparent. Nothing was hidden. Out of all the Ford dealerships I went to (including A&B, Campbell, Kanata) the easiest to deal with was, far and away, Jim Keay. I was reluctant to make the trek to Orleans but in the end it was more than worth it. I bought a 2015 Mustang off a very pleasant, straight-shooting salesman (Carmelo) and am wholly pleased with both the vehicle (which makes my former care, a Dodge Challenger feel like a truck) and the after sales service. I think what sets Jim Keay apart is that they obviously want their customers to be happy not just until they sign on the dotted line, but well after. At this point, for my next vehicle, I don’t think there is any reason to shop anywhere else and I would recommend this dealer to my family and closest friends. More
