Good buying experience for my first truck bad service. Bought my 2016 silverado in the fall the sales center was awesome but service center is awful had them install a bug deflector on my hood and they did Bought my 2016 silverado in the fall the sales center was awesome but service center is awful had them install a bug deflector on my hood and they did a poor job that left scratches down to the metal. I only noticed after it flew off on the highway. I asked them to repair the scratches and they responded with "it is an aftermarket part and it is the customers problem if damage occurs." they offered a touch up job witch I took them up on only after to see it looked like a 12 year old with a paint brush and black paint repaired it. Also had to bring the truck back 3 times to have the protective underbody spray done right only to have them get some on the paint next to the rear wheel wells. I would buy a vehicle from them again but I won't EVER let there service department touch it. Ali was an awesome salesman, Greg was awesome as well they got me a outstanding interest ratio. final verdict 10/10 for sales area, 3/10 service. More
