"My car had a check engine light and was shaking a lot -..."

My car had a check engine light and was shaking a lot - took about a week to get an appointment. The light was removed and was inspected for shaking. The inspection was signed off saying everything was good and safe to drive. Driving home the car was still shaking and jaguar told me to wait another week for an appointment. Took it to private mechanic who told me right away the tire is indented and silver wiring is coming out all around - unsafe to drive. Jaguar was contacted but they refused to acknowledge they messed up and sent me off with a unsafe vehicle. Now they are making me pay saying it is my fault due to impact. The car was never looked at properly in the first place. It has now been a month and my car still isn't fixed and jaguar refuses to help in any way. The mechanics and the service department at Langley Jaguar need to be trained properly with better management. Worst experience of my life with a dealership and car.

"Horrible Experience"

The service staff and manager (Jeniffer) at this particular location is absolutely horrible. I had a check engine light appear on my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace, so i phoned and spoke with them, they said we can "quickly" complimentary look at your vehicle. I arrived at the service department and after 2-3 hours of waiting with ZERO updates they called me to the counter and said the vehicle is fine it was just there because it was driven on low fuel. As they handed me my keys they presented me with a outrageous $200.00 service charge. When asked why i was not informed of this charge previously they simply brushed it off and said "this is our dealerships policy". So hidden charges and lack of communication is your dealerships policy? I am a valued consumer i would have no problem with the charge if i had been previously informed or even updated as to the status of my vehicle throughout the service. Instead they left me in the dark until the end and refused to release the vehicle if this balance was not paid, talk about unprofessional. I would DEFINITELY not recommend using this dealer for purchasing or servicing your vehicle.

"Refused service as they didn't have shop manuals"

I set an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an older Jaguar and I was refused service at the time I arrived with the car. I have a mint condition Jaguar that had a charging issue (alternator). It turned out after me assessing it myself, that the belt to the alternator was missing, broken I guess as it is gone. No skill ability here. They did however state that the new tires were bulging (flawed) .... Now this is is an older heavier Jag with large tires. They all bulge on the bottom. I'm thinking there is a high degree of mental deficiencies at this location. Do you really need shop manuals to detect a non charging alternator? But a broken belt to the alternator!!!!!!?????

"Unable to even maintain an appointment"

We were interested in a car advertised on Langley Jaguar's website. I went on-line and booked an appointment to test drive the car. The appointment was confirmed and I was given the names of two sales people to ask for. When we got to the dealership (on time), one of the salespeople was gone for the day and the other was busy. We were eventually handed off to a junior salesperson who didn't seem to have much knowledge of the dealership operation let alone our appointment. He went looking for the car that we were interested in and after about 20 minutes he returned to advise us that the car wasn't there. It was at their detail shop and we couldn't see the car that night. After wasting 30 minutes driving to the dealership, 45 minutes waiting to find out the car wasn't even available and then 30 minutes to return home we were VERY unimpressed.
