After a test drive in their demo the decision to buy was easy. The finance manager Giancarlo Panetta ,with an easy going demeanor explained options in both financing and warranties. A true stress less experience in the final purchase. After taking possession of the car i requested maintenance info of the vehicle and again Craig Sutherland came to the rescue. We took our vehicle in after driving 3 hours from home to have the tow.package installed. Previous to this, after seeing on Jaguar website a. 15% off tow packages, we were informed by service department, a have the tow.package installed. Previous to this, after seeing on Jaguar website a. 15% off tow packages, we were informed by service department, and sales rep this discount would apply. Upon pick up of the car and speaking to the service rep we were denied this discount and that the sales rep would call us. There was no call from the sales rep. After a few days we called the sales rep and he said it did not apply to our purchase because we did not receive a direct e-mail mentioning the discount, we only saw it on the website. Who would this discount be applied to then??? We called the manager and left a message and still no call back. When we picked our vehicle up it had grease smudges all over the exterior and no one explained the trailer hitch install. We had to call Jaguar support to reset our remote start. Our sales rep did not return our calls even after requested by the manager. We are not happy at all with the service in this dealership. More
