I was always told watch out for land rover be careful maintence issues etc!! Lies!! I've owned a sport since 2011, and I wouldn't enter another dealership! Everything from Chris in servicing , to Jim, to Patrick the manager, wonderful !!! I'd never go to another dealership. Any questions or issues, they fix it. Treat you like royalty and there's no price on that! As a women it's nice to know you can openly go and talk to a manager at anytime and not feel like you are getting ripped off but they truly care! I highly recommend them and have sent many friends there who are also very happy. Judge for yourself . More
Horrible Experience! ! I arranged to test drive a new RR Sport. On arrival get pushed towards second hand vehicles then get told no new Sports on site! When walking back to I arranged to test drive a new RR Sport. On arrival get pushed towards second hand vehicles then get told no new Sports on site! When walking back to my car I see a Sport and then get told oh yes its sold. 10 mins after leaving dealership I get a call to say sale fallen through so can now test drive! Couldn't explain why this one was $10 more than others with similar specs. Wouldn't trust them to sell me key fob. By the way car is fantastic will buy with someone else. More

They are awful!! Customer service is not their game the dealership appears to move a ton of product in this market and absolutely does not care about the ongoing customer experience! Shame on you Land Rover! More

Avoid avoid avoid. Terrible to deal with . Scratched my car and dented aluminum and said I was the cause. Lied to me about servicing and had to call them to find out if vehicle was ready. Co . They switched headlights out 4 times and they only recommended changing both at same time to fix the problem, after I complained. Stay away from this dealership! More
I had heard mixed reviews about this dealership, so I started looking at the other major brands first (knowning all along I really wanted a Range Rover) I went to BMW and Audi, and didn't really fall in started looking at the other major brands first (knowning all along I really wanted a Range Rover) I went to BMW and Audi, and didn't really fall in love with anything so I braced myself and went to Land Rover Calgary. I wasn't in the store 5 minutes when I felt stupid for pre-judging. The receptionist grabbed me a coffee, and asked which paper I wanted while I was waiting (felt pretty posh), the sales guy Neil was nice and British (the accent was fun), on my way out to test drive, the manager Patrick came out of his office to chat. At the end of the day I got the car I actually wanted for a great price (yes they worked to get where I wanted to be) and dealt with some great people. More
My 2005 freelander that I bought brand new from this dealer was diagnosed with a known issue with gaskets. Diagnosis 8000.00 for new engine and a charge of over 200.00 for the diagnosis. There was no recourse from the service manager except to introduce me to a sales guy. I will never deal with this dealership again. More
