Asked to look at A Toyota Sienna, used possibly new. The salesman said he had a great deal on a used one just brought in. He just had to find the keys! waited almost an hour for this man to slowly walk office to office looking for keys. We stopped him at one point to say " what colour is it because we have a white in mind", "Oh its white I'm pretty sure…"he replied. An hour later pulled around in a blue sienna with a cracked windshield. Instant disappointment but had an open mind and took it for a drive. It smelled inside and was not very clean at all. Had a bumping coming from the back which the salesman said must have been the dealer plate bumping…..no don't think so….When we came back we let him know that this wasn't for us and maybe could we look at the other used one in the front. So he slowly head back in looking for keys, waited another 10 mins just to look in to see him trying to sell another couple a car inside! You would think he wasted enough of our day!! We left very disappointed! Thanks to Nowell for wasting our time! More

They informed us the vehicle needed new front brakes and other repairs that would have brought the bi A vehicle of ours was taken there for a safety. They informed us the vehicle needed new front brakes and other repairs that would have brought the bill to almost $1000. Included in the repairs necessary to pass the safety was rear brake service. We had rear brake service performed on the vehicle 3 months previous to the inspection. At a subsequent safety inspection at another Toyota dealership, the vehicle passed without any of the repairs and service Jacksons Toyota told us were necessary. The vehicle will need brakes in 3 to 6 months, but passed for the purposes of the safety. I am sure there are people who have had satisfactory experiences at Jacksons Toyota and their service department. I am not one of them, and will not return to Jacksons Toyota. More

Were they just lying to me??? Stay away from Jackson's Toyota!!! I made what i thought was a pretty good deal to buy a 4Runner from Jackson's. I could have gotten it $1500 cheap Stay away from Jackson's Toyota!!! I made what i thought was a pretty good deal to buy a 4Runner from Jackson's. I could have gotten it $1500 cheaper by driving to the GTA but decided to keep my business local. A week after making the deal they told me they couldn't find a 4runner with my preferred colour and options anywhere, so would have to order one direct from assembly in Japan. 1 month later, not a singe call from Jackson's, I always had to intiate contact, and they still could not provide confirmation of a build date for the vehicle. They just kept stringing me along saying it would take a couple more months, that it was between Toyota Canada and the factory in Japan, and it was out of their control. I finally gave up and cancelled the deal and went to Colingwood where in less than 2 weeks they got me the 4Runner with the colour and options I wanted, and $1000 cheaper than Jackson's. I don't believe they even had a confirmed build date for this vehicle. My advice...take your busniess somewhere else, if it's not already on the lot Jackson's is in no hurry to get you what you want. Can't imagine what their service department would be like :( More

I bought my Rav 4 from Jackson's Toyota. The car dealership was amazing at answering my questions, helping me pick the right vehicle for my needs, and not making me feel pressured throughout the pro dealership was amazing at answering my questions, helping me pick the right vehicle for my needs, and not making me feel pressured throughout the process. They simply wanted to help me find the vehicle that would make me happy. I now get my vehicle serviced at Jackson's Toyota and love the 5 star treatment they give me while I am at the dealership. It feels like I am part of the Jackson family now! I can't recommend Jackson's Toyota enough. I will be a lifelong customer. More

We have been with this dealership for a number of years and of recent have noticed that their service bills were getting very high, we started getting second opinions and really started to question the nec and of recent have noticed that their service bills were getting very high, we started getting second opinions and really started to question the necessity of the work being performed/recomended. On two separate instances second opinion was that the work/repair was not required. It seems there is a focused effort to generate revenue through service charges. I would suggest a second opinion for any major work they suggest. I also had a tough time trying to buy out my lease with non response to phone and e-mail requests. When I finally made contact I found the person I was dealing with to be extremly obnoxious - the best thing she told me was that I could do my transactions through another Toyota dealer - which I did ! More
