Four months ago, we finalized terms—including a clear, agreed-upon buyback value for my lease—and put everything into a formal written draft before I placed a deposit and ordered a vehicle from the factory. ​When the vehicle finally arrived, the salesperson attempted to change the deal on the spot by reducing the agreed-upon lease buyback value by $4,000, attributing the shift to "market differences." ​With my current lease expiring in just two months, the timing feels like a calculated attempt at manipulation—leveraging time pressure to force me into an arrangement stacked entirely in the dealership's favor. Rather than accepting a $4,000 hit on a deal locked in on paper, I retrieved my deposit and walked away. ​Honoring formal written terms should be standard practice, not an option subject to last-minute revisions. Buyers should be extremely cautious and aware that formal written drafts may not be respected when your vehicle arrives. More

Brought my 2022 Tacoma because of an a/c issue. Colin in service was great getting me in for the service. Graham was the mechanic and came and spoke with me about the repair and what was involved a Colin in service was great getting me in for the service. Graham also expressed the need for a transmission line that will need to be looked after. I am back in town at the start of October and Graham is going to order the part so he can do this repair then.
