Would give zero stars if possible! Worse customer service dept on the planet. In particular Donna the service rep! And obviously management if they teach their reps to act like this! I’m sure Jack is rolling over in his grave with this team left behind with his name! These guys have zero respect for customers.. Reps, and apparently management for their rep “lack of” training practices. my advice, go elsewhere for service and also sales, as why would you buy from a dealer with a terrible service dept. pick any other dealership as they are all better than jack carter chev! The sales team even asked if they could appraise my truck and get me into a new one… Fat chance I would ever buy here, even if they were cheaper!!! Not worth it!!!! I’d father drive 300km again to purchase from a reputable dealership. And don’t suggest i reach out to your service manager!! He is leading the terrible team im sure with his lack of intelligent customer support decisions as well. He can reach out to me!! He has my email, and complaint. Or Not! More
