I made arrangements for an oil change and tire rotation. I left my vehicle all day to get services done. End of day, shuttle was too busy to pick me up so I had to make my own arrangements. Once at the dealership, discovered no tire rotation done and when I asked why, I was told maybe technician chose not to because of tire tread measurement. Regardless, I asked for rotation and got no phone call to discuss so I was made to feel stupid because technician knows more than me. I have bought 3 brand new vehicles from Jack Carter since 2013 and have had all service work performed there but maybe it is time to find a new dealership that will look after my requests and not try to make me feel stupid. Very disappointed in today's service and how the failure was handled. More

I was not successful in locating what I was looking for and was about to leave when I made contact with Jeff Stewart (New Sales) on his way home. Jeff took time to listen to my specifics in what I was looking for in a pick-up and promised he would come in early to check inventory on his computer.
