Donna and Elizabeth made the experience easier , I however learned quickly that when ever you roll onto JC property you need to open your wallet … there is no other concern otherwise… based on my deal however learned quickly that when ever you roll onto JC property you need to open your wallet … there is no other concern otherwise… based on my dealings with JC our ( my wife’s) next vehicle was a Lincoln SUV purchased in 2020 not the Cadillac SUV … what a difference, her vehicle is washed , cleaned , courtesy cars provided etc…. where as I once had to throw a coffee cup and all the paper and plastic left in the after service work …..I did leave a review about that 3 years ago . Jack Carter just doesn’t get it . I love my truck but will never shop JC again when it’s time for another one . And that will likely be a Ford More

Made appointment to get a appraisal done on my truck, David caithcart was very unprofessional when it came to having the number said, Wouldn’t even tell me a number in fact. he asked what I would absolut David caithcart was very unprofessional when it came to having the number said, Wouldn’t even tell me a number in fact. he asked what I would absolutley say yes to and I told him and when his team couldn’t come near it (close as in $7k) he wouldn’t even tell me a final number. Jeremy green took a glance at best at the vehicle and gave Dave a number. Dave didn’t even tell me a number he just saida ball park and you probably won’t like what we have to say and my interpretation was that the appointment wasn’t done. I then sat in the office and Dave stared at me and then after 5 minutes goes on he asked is there anything else I can show. I made clear I wasn’t replacing. I sat in his office for another 30 seconds and asked so I don’t even get a number, he then proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t be happy with it and I couldn’t get it on paper. After all I was just there to get an idea of the trucks worth and not to argue. I will never spend a red cent at any jack carter dealerships or any that are affiliated with nor will I be reccomending or let anyone I know buying a vehicle in the future spend their money there. Way to push your customers away Dave hopefully retirement comes sooner than the number does. More
