My girlfriend and I were shopping around after her car got written off and from start to finish Bert was professional, knowledgeable and his service was impeccable! We came to pick up the truck we bought got written off and from start to finish Bert was professional, knowledgeable and his service was impeccable! We came to pick up the truck we bought and he had it warmed up waiting for us heated steering wheel on 2 mugs and a bag in the back filled with washer fluid glass cleaner and more swag. Donna and Elizabeth made the experience easier , I however learned quickly that when ever you roll onto JC property you need to open your wallet … there is no other concern otherwise… based on my deal however learned quickly that when ever you roll onto JC property you need to open your wallet … there is no other concern otherwise… based on my dealings with JC our ( my wife’s) next vehicle was a Lincoln SUV purchased in 2020 not the Cadillac SUV … what a difference, her vehicle is washed , cleaned , courtesy cars provided etc…. where as I once had to throw a coffee cup and all the paper and plastic left in the after service work …..I did leave a review about that 3 years ago . Jack Carter just doesn’t get it . I love my truck but will never shop JC again when it’s time for another one . And that will likely be a Ford More
