They are nice and want to help but when you come in for an oil change they do not go out of their way to do more like a car wash. The shuttle service is slow and your appointment for pick up at 4:30 they an oil change they do not go out of their way to do more like a car wash. When you wait in the wait room they think you know where everything is so if you want a water you have to look around as know one is around to help. More
Majority of the service advisers were incredibly rude to my technician who delivered the unit we had work completed on. I was standing there to experience it. The wait time to receive our unit when we were my technician who delivered the unit we had work completed on. I was standing there to experience it. She was very transparent and incredibly nice. However I will not be returning with any of my other units though. More

Started out good, then we found incompetence. Tech missed the battery test... we got stranded. Then, we replaced the battery and had an issue with the alternator.Had it replaced, with serpentine Tech missed the battery test... we got stranded. Then, we replaced the battery and had an issue with the alternator.Had it replaced, with serpentine and accessory belt to be charged labour's for each individual item, eventhough the mechanic had to take everything apart for the alternator... so we should have been charged for 1 labour, not 3. Then, they said the new battery failed and wanted to install a new one. I declined... and had the brand new battery tested. It came back 100% functional. - I reached out to the dealership to address this only to be met with resistance, hostility and unwillingness to discuss. Was made to feel like I am the problem. Will strongly reconsider going back to Jack Carter. More
